Founder & Executive Director – May Ekayoda

May is the visionary behind MEHOPE Foundation. With over 15 years of experience in humanitarian work, she founded the organization with a deep conviction to restore dignity and bring hope to widows, orphans, single mothers, and the elderly. Grace provides strategic leadership and ensures that our programs remain compassionate, sustainable, and impactful.

Programs & Outreach Director – Shade Justin

Shade is passionate about grassroots change. She oversees our core programs—widow support, orphan sponsorship, and women empowerment—ensuring they are well-structured and effectively reach the people who need them the most.

Finance, Communications & Volunteers Cordinator – Chidinma Eze

Chidinma manages our financial systems and operations, upholding transparency and accountability. With a background in nonprofit finance and administration, she makes sure every donation is used wisely to maximize impact. 

She also mobilizes and trains volunteers who are the hands and feet of MEHOPE Foundation. She ensures that every outreach has the right team of compassionate people serving in the field.

Operations Manager – Michael Yusam

Michael oversees our day to day operations here at M.E.H.O.P.E and ensures the smooth and timely executions of all our projects. With a background in project management, having him on the team has been quite beneficial to our overall success.

Our work is strengthened by a team of advisors from diverse fields—social work, healthcare, education, and nonprofit leadership. They provide wisdom, oversight, and accountability, keeping us aligned with our vision and mission.
